Event: Harvest with us

Only once a year do we open the doors of our cellar to let you experience the harvest firsthand. Early in the morning, scissors in hand, you’ll be the protagonist of our Vermentino harvest. A day spent in the vineyard, taking a tour of the vineyards and cellar with our winemaker. The day begins in the vineyard, where we’ll demonstrate all the details and secrets of our harvesting techniques. The experience will continue in the cellar, where you’ll follow the grapes through their transformation, tasting the must and learning about the winemaking process. To celebrate the harvest, a lunch will be served on our terrace, under the Tuscan sun, featuring authentic, local ingredients, including a selection of Tuscan cheeses and cured meats, and our own olive oil.
