Event: New Year’s Eve Tasting Dinner with New Year’s Eve Bingo

For this year’s final evening, we’ve created a special menu with each course paired with one of our wines. At the stroke of midnight, a toast with our sparkling wine will be held, followed by a bingo with wine and olive oil prizes! Here’s the evening’s menu: Beef tartare with mustard cream and sweet and sour onions; Crispy puff pastry with mushroom cream; Lentil soup with cotechino; Wild boar lasagna; Venison steak with prized black truffle; Impruneta-style beef peposo; and Dark chocolate delight with Maldon salt crystals. The wines paired with the wines will include IGT Canaiolo 2022, IGT Foglia Tonda 2024, DOCG Chianti Classico Il Tarocco 2022, DOCG Chianti Classico Il Tarocco Riserva 2021, IGT Lucciolaio 2017, and DOC Vinsanto del Chianti 2018.
