Picnic in vineyards
On June 2 you can book a basket for a fantastic picnic in the middle of nature containing Tuscan dishes, pecorino cheese, salami, pinzimonio, bread, dessert, water and a 0.75 bottle of wine for every two adults. Tables and benches will be at your disposal in the vineyard and in the pine forest overlooking the vineyard. Blankets are not provided.

Tenuta di Frassineto is pleased to present a new and indispensable experience, in the heart of beautiful Tuscany: PIC NIC in TENUTA!
The garden of the farm will await you with blankets, pillows, bales of hay, background music, to make your experience as unique as possible.
Upon your arrival you will be entrusted with a Pic Nic basket full of dishes, such as selected and local cold cuts and cheeses and a bottle of wine of your choice between red, white and rosé.
During the Pic Nic it will be possible to independently visit the Antica Cantina di Frassineto, today BARRICAIA, where red wines are aged in French oak barriques and bottled with the CLASSIC METHOD on the lees.

TASTING 2: “Walking with Daisy”: our DOC Bolgheri on 3 wheels

TASTING 1: The visit includes a nice walk in the vineyards and olive groves with an explanation of the viticultural practices and the various stages of production and then move on to the cellar and let you immerse yourself in the entire production chain of our wines. This will be followed by the tasting of our three Bolgheri DOC labels and our organic Tuscan IGP extra virgin olive oil.
TASTING 2: The visit includes a nice walk in the vineyards and olive groves with an explanation of the viticultural practices and the various stages of production and then move on to the cellar and let you immerse yourself in the entire production chain of our wines. We will then proceed with the sensory analysis and we will teach you to recognize the olfactory characteristics of our DOC Bolgheri wines. The real wine tasting will take place aboard Daisy, a vintage APE Calessino, a real gem belonging to the owners’ private collection. TASTING 3:Tenuta Campo al Signore is the first and only winery to have refined its wines in the sea at -50 meters on the Portofino seabed in Bolgheri.
With this super formula designed especially for you, you will be able to discover the organoleptic and qualitative differences that this special refinement technique gives in particular to our Rosato DOC Bolgheri. After a walk through the vineyards and the discovery of our production in the cellar, it will be possible for you to taste our two Rosés aboard Daisy, a vintage APE Calessino, a real pearl belonging to the owners’ private collection and discover with us the differences that land and sea give to this product, making it unique in this land of wine.
TASTING 4: Tenuta Campo al Signore is the first and only winery to have refined its wines in the sea at -50 meters on the Portofino seabed in Bolgheri.

Caccia al Vino
When: 24 june
𝗖𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗜𝗔 𝗔𝗟 𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗢 is a treasure hunt format in stages between the wines and cellars of the Tuscan coast. Saturday 24 June the Wine Hunt will take place in Bolgheri, with the participation of three important local wineries:
-COMET FIELD
– PIETRANOVA
– FIELD TO THE LORD
The appointment for check-in and the start of the experience is set at 15:50 at the Campo alle Comete Winery, in Via Fornacelle 249 in the Castagneto Carducci area.
With your own means of transport, you will move from one cellar to another in search of clues scattered throughout the area, while solving other quizzes, puzzles and riddles related to the world of wine and the villages of Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci. You must have at least one smartphone with you: the game is managed and piloted via Whatsapp.
Each means of transport equals one team. Each team can be made up of up to 4 people. Registration is per person.
The conclusion of the WINE HUNT is scheduled for 20:30, after the tasting at the last of the three cellars.
The announcement and awarding of the winners will take place immediately afterwards in the suggestive setting of the IL CASALE BOLGHERESE Resort, where those who wish can also stay for a rich aperitif by the pool.
Wine prizes for the winners. For ALL participants there is a discount on the products of the cellars.
In case of excessive bad weather, the event will be postponed to the same time on the following Saturday or refunded.
