The tour is particularly engaging thanks to the panels that alternate the barrels and illustrate the history of Montalcino. In the tasting room\, visitors will find a tasting of three extra virgin olive oils produced at the Fattoria del Colle (Moraiolo\, Correggiolo and mixed varieties) together with Chianti Superiore\, Brunello and Brunello Riserva accompanied by pieces of bread and dry sausage.
