The tour is particularly engaging thanks to the panels that alternate between the barrels and illustrate the history of Montalcino. In the vat cellar\, videos with sounds and images tell the soul of the population and it is even possible to learn the traditional Trescone dance of the harvest. \nIn the tasting room\, visitors can taste three extra virgin olive oils produced on Donatella Cinelli Colombini’s other estate\, the Fattoria del Colle\, located in Trequanda in an area renowned for its olive groves. The three oils are in the Moraiolo\, Correggiolo and mixed varieties. Together\, they will be tasting Chianti Superiore DOCG\, Brunello di Montalcino 2020 also in the Prime Donne version and the Brunello Riserva accompanied by a snack of bread and dry sausage. The experience teaches the evolution of Brunello from the barrel to the reserve.
