You will enter the cellar during the racking\, when the fermentation ends and the wine comes out warm\, fragrant and dense. Guided groups of visitors will be accompanied by the owner\, Stefano Cinelli Colombini\, first in the historic cellar and then in the production cellar where they will be able to taste the wine of the new year: a unique preview! \nYou will be able to learn all the steps that lead the Sangiovese to transform into the long-awaited Brunello and taste – guided by expert staff – the wine just racked\, a newborn Brunello!
