The flavours\, colours and aromas of the wine grapes that have reached perfect ripeness and the fermenting musts will reserve great surprises\, with characteristics that are totally different from what you might expect. Also very interesting is the comparison and the big difference between grapes and musts produced with the particular “no added chemicals” process\, that is without sulphites and any other chemical substance\, and those produced with the ‘conventional’ process \nAt the end of the first group and as the first step of the second\, everyone in the Taverna with a special Menu entirely dedicated to the Harvest with dishes such as sausages cooked in wine\, the cacio pazzo from the Caseificio dei Barbi\, the sweet schiacciata with grapes\, other delicacies and the inevitable red wine from Barbi\, whether it is Brunello di Montalcino or another less demanding red. \nThere will be two groups planned for each day: \nIn the morning\, starting at 11:00 (final step at lunch in the Taverna dei Barbi) \nIn the afternoon\, starting at 13:30 (initial step at lunch in the Taverna dei Barbi) \nReservation is required: infoline: +39 335 650 4517 also on whatsapp or  visite-e-tastings@fattoriadeibarbi.it \n\nPrice per person: 50€ adults (25€ kids) \n\n
