Early in the morning\, scissors in hand\, you’ll be the protagonist of our Vermentino harvest. A day spent in the vineyard\, taking a tour of the vineyards and cellar with our winemaker. The day begins in the vineyard\, where we’ll demonstrate all the details and secrets of our harvesting techniques. The experience will continue in the cellar\, where you’ll follow the grapes through their transformation\, tasting the must and learning about the winemaking process.
