At the stroke of midnight\, a toast with our sparkling wine will be held\, followed by a bingo with wine and olive oil prizes! Here’s the evening’s menu: Beef tartare with mustard cream and sweet and sour onions; Crispy puff pastry with mushroom cream; Lentil soup with cotechino; Wild boar lasagna; Venison steak with prized black truffle; Impruneta-style beef peposo; and Dark chocolate delight with Maldon salt crystals.
