An ancient\, all-Italian art \nOn the occasion of Cantine Aperte\, we thought we would pay homage to the all-Italian ritual of “La Scaretta”\, thanks to the collaboration with the Tuscan DOP Pane Consortium. \nThe tasting experience includes 3 glasses of natural wine from our production\, each paired with a Maremma sauce\, all obviously accompanied by Tuscan bread to make “the shoe”. \nWho has never had the experience of making a “slipper” with a good slice of bread after eating an appetizing plate of pasta with meat sauce?\nThis is a typically Italian gesture\, a real ritual that is a must for many! \nWe look forward to seeing you on Saturday 25th May where it will be possible to carry out this experience at the Saturnalia Wine Bar from 11am to 1pm and from 4pm to 8pm. While on Sunday 26th May the event will take place at Fattoria La Maliosa from 12pm to 4pm.
