We are Fattoria La Maliosa and this is our founding principle. The name derives from the verb “to enchant”, created to celebrate the extraordinary charm of the landscapes that surround us.<\/p>\n
Our project is based on three fundamental choices: quality, beauty and environmental healthiness, respecting the territory and its originality.<\/p>\n
Ethics and aesthetics coincide for us. Our world is immersed in the hills of the Tuscan Maremma and is intertwined with their beauty to enrich and enhance it further. We are divided between two territories. The first is the Saturnia area, where the vineyards coexist in balance with olive groves, arable land and woods, for a total of 170 hectares, with soils predominantly of clay and chaotic stone. The second is the Pitigliano area, with 3 hectares of vineyards, planted on volcanic soils. These places are at the center of our philosophy, the aim of the work we do every day is to express their essence.<\/p>\n
We have a very simple idea of quality. We produce natural wines, extra virgin olive oil and honey in an artisanal way, with complete respect for nature. We believe in transparency, in a world where all people become increasingly careful about what they consume. We are aware that every balance is fragile and that man must move on tiptoe, because land is a limited good. For us, the most precious resource. We have been certified organic since our foundation in 2010. Since 2022 we have obtained the SQNPI certification, “sustainable quality” with the National Rural Network.<\/p>\n
