<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>The Acquaviva farm was founded in 1984 when Mr. Serafino D’Ascenzi, the current owner, purchased the estate from the Marquises Ciacci. Initially there were only three hectares of white vineyards which Mr. Serafino then increased with red to the current extent of 15 hectares. We produce Morellino di Scansano, Maremma Tuscany, oil, pasta, flours. The high quality of the wines and the consensus of the critics first convinced us to expand the old cellar, then to build the new cellar. Not only to improve the wines and produce new ones, but also to find spaces in the new cellar dedicated to meetings and events aimed at promoting Maremma and Tuscan food and wine. The farm extends where the designation of origin areas of Morellino di Scansano and Bianco di Pitigliano intersect, near Montemerano and Saturnia Terme. Through wine, the hospitality of the Relais and the refined and genuine Tuscan cuisine of the La Limonaia restaurant, we want to bring you closer to the places of production of Maremma wines.
