Early in the morning, scissors in hand, you&#8217;ll be the protagonist of our Vermentino harvest. A day spent in the vineyard, taking a tour of the vineyards and cellar with our winemaker. The day begins in the vineyard, where we&#8217;ll demonstrate all the details and secrets of our harvesting techniques. The experience will continue in the cellar, where you&#8217;ll follow the grapes through their transformation, tasting the must and learning about the winemaking process.
